In the case of the East Coast, they wish to set themselves up as a governing authority where they have the technology, and use it to benefit the people of the wastes. ![]() Most chapters simply confiscate technology and leave it at that, which is the equivalent of theft in the eyes of quite a few. It's certainly not the Brotherhood that their founder, Roger Maxson, envisioned. Their hearts are in the right place, but some chapters' way of going about it leaves something to be desired. Depends on your view of the Brotherhood and morality. ![]()
